The Albany - Hornchurch Bungalow Conversion
The conversion of The Albany showcases the possibilities of design and construction. The carefully thought out additions and clever interior re-modelling has breathed new life into what was once a dated and cramped bungalow.
Our client was looking to extend and modernise the look of their current home, adding touches luxury to make the property stand out. We were assigned to completely renovate and extend this former two bedroom bungalow. We constructed a rear and side wrap around extension, a loft conversion and completely remodelled and refurbished the interior. We also constructed an outbuilding for the client to work from. The result is an immaculate contemporary five bedroom family home with a large open plan kitchen, living and dining space.

Introducing The Rose Villas, a fantastic residential development situated in Greater London. Born from the transformation of a derelict bungalow in dire need of repair. This old bungalow has been demolished, extended, remodeled, and refurbished to yield two stunning 4-bedroom contemporary homes. Boasting the latest in modern-day amenities, each property offers expansive, light-filled spaces with contemporary open-plan living areas and two luxurious bathrooms. Presenting behind fifty-five, this project involved demolishing the existing bungalow except one wall and rebuilding the property into an impressive three-storey property. The clients went for a contemporary look on the outside and a contemporary timeless interior with lots of luxurious materials and touches.

Our Clifton Gardens project has reached its conclusion, and we couldn't be prouder of the outcome. This transformation saw a single semi-detached house converted into three beautiful flats through ground floor, first floor, and loft extensions.

The Buckleigh - Norbury
Kitchen Extension
Extending the kitchen at the Buckleigh meant that the client could now have their desired spacious kitchen with an island as well as an open plan dining and living area.
The result a stylish, quirky and contemporary space to entertain their guests.
The Mortlake - Richmond
Kitchen Extension
The small kitchen that used to reside at the Mortlake is no more. After we extended the clients property we were able to give them the large contemporary and spacious kitchen they desired. The extension is constructed from block cavity walls with a rendered and painted finish. The extension boasts a large skylight which fills the space with lots of natural light.
The Grangewood -Grays
Bungalow Conversion
Our client was looking to extend their current home to make space for their growing family. We were assigned to completely refurbish and extend this former two bedroom bungalow into a four bedroom home.
We constructed a loft conversion creating the two new bedrooms with a large family bathroom. The downstairs was remodeled and fully refurbished. We installed sky lanterns and bi folding doors to the ground floor extension allowing lots of light to enter the new open plan kitchen, living and dining area.

We constructed a rear and side wrap-around extension to create a contemporary and industrial-chic open plan kitchen, living, and dining space for our client.

A unique rear extension was built with lots of clever daylight sources. A key element within this project was the use of plywood for a bespoke kitchen, and plywood fins on the ceiling to diffuse light. The result is a beautiful unique open plan kitchen and living space for the family to enjoy.
The Old Church - Wembley
Side, Rear, and Loft Extension including full remodelling and refurbishment
The Old Church located within a conservation area was in need of refurbishment following a flooding disaster. We were commissioned by the client to extend and refurbish this family home. Every addition to this property had to be designed and built sympathetically to suit its setting and surroundings. The proposal involved construction a rear extension, side extension and loft conversion as well as fully remodelling the ground floor and first floor as well as fully refurbishment the entire property from inside to outside. .
The result is now a stunning home boasting 5 large bedrooms, two of which include en-suites, a gym equipped with a steam room , two large reception rooms , a prayer room and beautifully landscaped garden for the clients to enjoy.
The Acfold - Clapham
Rear & Side Return Extension
We were hired to construct a Rear, Side Return Extension to this Clapham Flat. The previous space had a small kitchen and the client wanted to have a larger kitchen with a combined open plan living and dining space.
The Crittal doors and large skylight made a beautiful statement in this space, making the perfect space for our clients to enjoy.
The Avenue - Harrow
Rear Extension
We were hired to construct an Extension to the rear of this home in Harrow. The extension enabled the client to have an open plan kitchen, living and dining room which opens out into the garden. Clever Glazing became the feature of this extension with lots of natural light entering the space.
We also added a bathroom to the ground floor.
The Belsize - Palmers Green
Loft, Rear Extension & Landscaping
This home marries period and contemporary features together beautifully.
Our client wanted to extend their existing extension , add a loft conversion and fully landscape their garden. With their love of all things Victorian for the interior and all things contemporary for the exterior we fused the two together. The loft conversion housed a large master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom to house a Victorian roll top bath and we also built a walk in wardrobe too add that true touch of luxury to the space.
We fully landscaped their garden into a contemporary low maintenance haven. The pergola with fixed seating and a fire-pit make the space perfect for entertaining all year round.
Mews House - Holland Park
Garage Conversion, Remodelling and
Full Refurbishment
We converted the garage of this mew house and fully remodelled the entire property to create this impressive open plan, living, kitchen and dining space. By changing the position of the staircase we were able to add an extra bedroom to the first floor as well as breathing life into the roof terrace.
Our client wanted to modernise the look of their home as well as having all of the latest gadgets. Gadgets included installing a surround sound system throughout the property, including on the roof terrace . A projector and screen which discreetly hides in the ceiling when it is not being used. Underfloor heating throughout.
The result is a stunning, contemporary and luxury home with all the trimmings.
Brewster Gardens - Notting Hill
Loft conversion and Full Flat Reconfiguration
We constructed a dormer to the roof level enabling the one bedroom flat to become a three bedroom flat. The floor levels were dropped to create an additional floor, housing three bedrooms, a comfortable living space and functional kitchen.
The finish was a contemporary flat with beautiful touches such as the bespoke full custom made staircase and balustrades.
Kingsway - Stoke Newington
Addition of Two Additional Storeys
The addition of two storeys to this existing building shows what clever design can achieve. Although the two storeys are new, the building looks like it was originally built this way.
We underpinned the existing building and constructed two new floors to create five contemporary and spacious self contained flats.
Sheldon Lodge - Hampstead

This mansion in Hamsptead required great attention to detail.
The property was refurbished from head to toe with each space in the home having it's own individual character. From industrial contemporary to period chic, this property has it all.
All of the spaces were carefully handcrafted by our craftsman . Our joiners and decorators were able to show off their skills to create this incredible home.

Borrow Road Project
We were so happy and excited to be called back to construct our clients second home after building their first home 3 years ago and from the get go we loved this project as the design was very impressive.
The design team did a fantastic job of making what could have been an ordinary house into something truly remarkable. This home design is unique to what we have seen and built in the past and that is due to its multi-layered brick detail, structurally exposed high-quality joists, and innovative glazing for the light to reach far back in to the centre of the house and not just in to the extension.
In addition, we have constructed a garden office that reflected the same design features as the main house.
